Couple's Choice for a Night

The staff was excellent considering they were overbooked. They remained calm and friendly with the crowd of disappointed people when our room was suddenly unavailable, allowing us to rest in the lobby for a bit....  

I enjoyed the high-tech self-check-in process and the spacious room with a comfy bed. Loved the refillable water stations on each floor too! I would definitely stay here again.

Great value for a quick weekend visit in New York. The location was perfect, and I loved being close to all the sights. Pro tip, check in early if you can, it might make your arrival smoother.

The room was comfy but a bit small, which made maneuvering with luggage a hassle. Had issues with noise from the street, especially at night. The air conditioning was loud, but it did cool down the room effectively. No mini-fridge was a letdown because I couldn't store drinks. Overall, it was clean and well-equipped with USB chargers, which was a nice touch.

The location is great. It is close to popular attractions. I had an easy time exploring the city and enjoyed visiting nearby spots. The bed was comfy, which made it easier to recharge after a long day of walking....  

The haute eats nearby had me dancing with flavor! Bill's Bar & Burger served up juicy bites just a hop away, while Limani's fresh Mediterranean flavors took my taste buds on a sun-kissed getaway. Plus, the hotel room was quiet and...  

The location was a breeze for accessing key attractions.

Awesome spot for exploring NYC

Location is a total win—just a stone's throw from Rockefeller Center! The room was OK, comfy bed but thermostat didn’t do much. Housekeeping was kinda lackluster. they only swapped towels. Had to call for help with the shower, but the staff was quick. The lounge was cool for hanging out with a decent cafe vibe.

Fantastic location! Comfy bed and quiet room - just what you need after a day out. Close to all the action, so we had a blast exploring.

Only one working elevator? Guess I got my cardio in during my stay!

I enjoyed a brief stay here and appreciated the attentive staff who helped me settle in. The nearby café offered great coffee, but my kitchenette could use more utensils. Make sure to confirm room size beforehand to avoid surprises. With some updates, this place has great potential!

Access to the best parts of the city is a huge plus, combined with friendly staff that made the experience memorable. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the sweet rolls at breakfast were a delight. However, the room was quite small, and the dining options lacked variety, which could be improved for longer stays.

The bed was comfortable, but the staff was very dismissive during my stay.
